So we are going to be giving away a pair of, Beats Studio3 Wireless Headphones. The start of this contest is Monday October 29, 2018 at 5:29 pm when the promotion is posted on 97.3 The Dial’s Facebook page and will close Friday, November 2, 2018 at 11:59 pm. Winner will be selected at random.

METHODS OF ENTRY

By participating in this sweepstakes you are confirming your agreement to our terms and conditions outlined below. The primary method of entry is a 3-step process.

1. Follow 97.3 The Dial’s Facebook page.

2. Liking the promotional post.

3. Commenting with your sound style choice, either with an image or what type of listening device you currently use.  

This is a Sweepstake, 97.3 The Dial is hosting on our Facebook Page and there is not an alternative form of entry.

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY

Only persons age 18 or older may enter to win this prize and must be a legal resident within the Eau Claire, Wisconsin broadcasting area and must have valid identification. Employees, spouses of employees, and family members of employees are not eligible to win this prize. Only 1 entry per person.

RESTRICTIONS

Anyone under the age of 17 is restricted from entering this contest. Anyone related to a 97.3 The Dial employee is restricted from entering this contest. More than 1 entry per person will not be eligible.

ODDS

The odds of winning are determined by the amount of participants. The winner will be contacted via direct messenger on Facebook. The winner will have 24 hours to respond to the direct message. Winner can collect prize at 97.3 The Dial’s place of business, with a valid ID, within 7 calendar days of winning. A list of winners can be found at the top of this page once the prize has been collected.

RANDOM WINNER

Each qualifying comment will be given a number, first comment will be number 1, second comment will be number 2, and so on. Then we will use www.random.org to generate a winner. The lucky winner will then be notified by private message. The winner will need to respond within 24 hours of the message and will have 7 calendar days to collect the prize at 97.3 The Dials business located at, 973 Broadcast Way, Eau Claire WI, 54701, with valid identification. Forms of identification accepted are a valid state issued identification card or a valid government issued Identification card.

PRIZE

Retailed at $349.95. Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones have Pure Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology to actively block external noise and real-time audio calibration to secure the best listening experience. This prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

PERMISSIONS

By participating in this promotion you are confirming we, 97.3 The Dial, can release your name and profile picture, for publication, for the purposes of this promotion with no form of compensation. The winner of the sweepstakes Jane Doe has been notified and has collected her prize.
